The Aims & Objectives of the Association are as follows:

(a) To provide a common forum for expression of views and opinions of all members of the Association.

(b) To protect and promote the rights and privileges of the members of the association & to safeguard the Interest of the Members.

(c) To carry out Health Promotion activities and to educate, encourage and support the local population in Health Practices by working with Statutory and Non-statutory Agencies.

(d) To assist the Government and the public in fostering positive healthy lifestyles through various health campaign.

(e) To publish Journals, Publications and annual Reports.

(f) To support any other activity incidental to attainment of the above objectives so as to foster prosperity to all.

(g) To support all Health staff issues working under NHM in whatever is necessary and reliable for the benefits of the Wellness and well-being and well fare of the Employees in the state of Meghalaya
